Read More »The Gratitude Project is an initiative of The Health and Wellness Council with the goal of promoting positivity. Participating students write at least one thing they’re grateful for on a sticky note every day so that rather than thinking of negative things they’ll focus on what they’re going to write, improving their attitude overall.
