Academy participates in Supper for Six

The Community Service Council is organizing a school-wide effort to support the United Way of Franklin County’s “Supper for Six” program. This project gives a boost during the winter vacation week to families who rely on school meal programs for their children during other times of the year. By teams, students are asked to bring in nonperishable food items to fill a grocery bag (or two) to provide a themed meal for families supported by the United Way and its partner agencies. Bags will be delivered on February 6 and distributed that evening.

Parents, please check with your students and help them select items and quantities to match their team’s meal theme. The sign-up sheet, by team, can be accessed HERE.

Thanks for everyone’s support and participation in this project.
