Mr. Almeida’s Physics students apply their understanding of Newton’s Laws of Motion to an Atwood’s Machine setup, in order to experimentally determine the mass of found objects (in this case a spool of solder and an old tape dispenser).

GCTV (Greenfield Community Television) is hosting an exhibit of documentary photography projects by Academy seniors through the end of March.  Stop in at 339 Main Street in Greenfield, across from the public library, to see an impressive display of work!

            Students cleared the snow, laced up their skates, and embraced the cold weather this week, making the most of the opportunity presented by a smooth frozen puddle on campus. Yet another example of the ingenuity, collaborative spirit, and pure joy that characterize our community!
