Students play a variation of the card game Spoons in Ms. Gouldreault’s Algebra 1 class to practice polynomial vocabulary! In the original game you grab a spoon once you have all four cards of the same number. Our special decks of cards had polynomial expressions and vocabulary on them instead of numbers, and students had to create a set of four cards based on some mathematical characteristic to win.
