Academy Classroom Close-Up: Climate Connections

Seventh grade students in Climate Connections class study whether temperature affects the rate of chemical weathering. Each of the five groups of students had a single beaker of water, ranging in temperature from 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. They timed the dissolution of an antacid tablet and then graphed their results.
