From time to time The Academy may need to communicate with families regarding health information, weather-related cancellations, or other special circumstances. At such times, families should expect communications via the following channels:
- Phone call to primary number provided by parent (in an event such as an emergency evacuation or lockdown we call all numbers—home, work, cell
- Email to parents, students, faculty, and staff
In addition, we alert the following radio and TV stations:
- WHAI
- WRSI
- Channel 22
- Channel 40
- Channel 3
